These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Affordable Insurance Partners text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. The program

This SMS program is operated by Affordable Insurance Partners, an independent property & casualty insurance agency based in Pennsylvania ("Affordable Insurance Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone who opts in to receive text messages (SMS) from Affordable Insurance Partners through our website quote form, by phone, or by any other method where you provide express consent.

2. Purpose and type of messages

By opting in, you may receive text messages from Affordable Insurance Partners related to:

  • Confirmation that we received your quote request
  • Follow-up questions needed to complete or finalize a quote
  • Updates about your policy, coverage, billing, or renewal
  • Appointment reminders or scheduling related to your insurance needs
  • General customer service communications you request

We do not send marketing text messages on behalf of unrelated third parties, and we do not use this program for unsolicited advertising.

3. How you opt in

You opt in to this program by checking the dedicated SMS consent checkbox on our website quote form, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages from us (for example, verbally during a phone call). Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of obtaining a quote or purchasing any insurance product from Affordable Insurance Partners.

  • Opt out (STOP): You can cancel this SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and no further messages, and you will be removed from our list.
  • Get help (HELP): Text HELP to the number you received messages from for assistance, or contact us directly using the details in Section 7 below.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. No sharing of SMS opt-in data

Mobile opt-in information and consent collected through this SMS program will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstance. 5. Changing your information

If your mobile number changes, please notify us so we can update our records and avoid sending messages to a number that is no longer yours.

6. Changes to this program

We may change or discontinue this SMS program, or update these Terms & Conditions, at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Standard message and data rates always apply.
